Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you call the office. This allows for another patient to be seen.
Making Appointments
Please call our office during regular business hours to make an appointment for your child. If your child is ill, same day appointments are available Monday thru Friday.
If you think your child has a life-threatening emergency (e.g. severe bleeding, not breathing, etc.) you should contact your local emergency medical service. In the event your child is seen at an urgent care or emergency department, please contact our office as soon as possible with information regarding the illness and location of treatment.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
