Cancellations If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment we kindly ask that you call the office. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, this allows for another patient to be seen. Complimentary Pre-natal Visits We offer a complimentary pre-natal visit to any expectant parents looking for a pediatrician. Come and meet our wonderful doctors and staff, and get a tour of our beautiful new office! Please call to schedule your appointment.

The statement was approved by the AAP, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). If your child needs a physical form filled out and they have had a physical with us in the last 12 months, we can fill out the form without a visit. Just fax, mail or drop it off. We can have the form ready for you within two business days! |
