Brooke Raveendranath RN, MSN, CPNP is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has lived in Albany for the past three years. After graduating from the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University, she worked as a registered nurse at NYU Medical Center’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine on an in-patient pediatric rehabilitation floor for six years. Soon after receiving her pediatric nurse practitioner degree from Hunter College she moved to the Capital Region to head a school-based health center for Bassett Healthcare in Middleburgh, New York. Brooke has been an adjunct professor for junior level nursing students at Hartwick College during their pediatric rotation at both Albany Medical Center and St. Margaret’s Center. She is also a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, the Nurse Practitioner Association New York State, and the National Assembly on School-Based Health Care. Brooke enjoys photography, yoga, running and spending time with her husband, Vijay, and daughter Maya. |
